Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples
About
I am invested in helping my clients find their strengths among the challenges they may face in life. I consider it a privilege to create and hold space for them to do the work which will allow them to live to their greatest potential. My experience working with individuals, couples and families in a multitude of settings helps me better understand the complexities and uniqueness of individuals. I partner with my clients to create meaningful change in their lives, so that they feel connected and thrive.
I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and have advanced training in maternal mental health, EMDR (trauma based therapy), couples therapy, and focused work with individuals dealing with chronic health issues.
Specialties
As a therapist I work with a wide variety of populations and focuses.
Life Transitions
Change is inevitable, and can often produce stress. Obtaining support during these times and building skills will help one thrive through various life transitions.
Depression & Anxiety
Two of the most common mental health issues that individuals face. Through self reflection and analysis, unresolved emotional conflicts and emotional wounds can be explored which can provide new insight and coping mechanisms.
Trauma & PTSD
Big and little traumas can affect us all. When it gets in the way of living the life we desire there is help and hope.
